While most nurses lacked attentiveness during my 4-day stay, two exceptional ones stood out for their genuine care and attentiveness. Despite being cleared to leave on the 4th day, the process was prolonged, and the lack of promptness was disheartening. In comparison, I've found better experiences at Saint Luke's BGC and Marikina Valley Hospital.

Nurses are rude and continuously said profanities through out their shift. Very very poor culture. They are inattentive as well. We asked to replace the dextrose IV at 12am. Dumb nurses continuously said they’ll be coming up to the room in a very rude manner. Dextrose wasn’t replaced until 8am. The nurses are probably outsourced from the deepest pits of hell. Facilities are okay, but the bathroom smelled like someone died there and was left to rot — probably by the demon nurses.

My sister waited for nothing in the ER until she transferred to a better hospital, the staff (photos to follow) are just playing with their mobile phones and not assessing any patients (around Dec. 12, 2023 at 8PM, they claim they have NO rooms for ANY HMO cardholders, but MANY rooms available for CASH PAY patients). Its either the lack of manpower, gross incompetence, poor management, corrupt culture, or underpaid and demoralized staffing that drives the day-to-day operations of this hospital. It is a great mystery as to why this hospital operates with all the bells and whistles that it claims. Go there at your own risk.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Poor OPD service wait more than almost 1 hour. They need more staff to assist your customers/patients faster when it comes to approval and process in the OPD. Two staff in the counter makes the process slower aside from HMO providers approving the request. Add more staff especially during peak hours.

Facility is clean, staff are respectful and the experience is good... I would like to commend the good assistance given to me by ms. Charm, she keeps on tracking where I am and about the procedures, hindi ako nanghula ng mga dapat kong gawin because she was there to guide me all along. Staffs of radiology was willing to work beyond their time to accommodate me. Thank you so much, hoping for the good result on monday 🤞

Two staff in the counter makes the process slower aside from HMO providers approving the request. Add two more staff especially during peak hours. You guys are not valuing our time. Another thing, the med tech/nurses getting the blood extraction are not that really good. They would inject the syringe first then will try to find the vein which makes it painful.
